FERGUSON’S RED ARMY TAKES OVER THE DANISH PARLIAMENT
Well.. not quite. But at least we’ll be close!
OldTrafford.dk, MUSCSB (the Scandinavian Branch) and Den Glade Gris(The popular MUFC bar in Copenhagen) will organize a big screen event for this year’s UEFA Champions League final between Manchester United FC and FC Barcelona.
The outdoor event will be held at Christiansborg Slotsplads – just in front of the Danish Parliament – and the game will be shown on the largest screen in Scandinavia (46m2).
Similar events took place in 2008 attracting almost 2,000 United-fans and in 2009 where almost 5,000 fans of both clubs watched the game together.
Throughout the day there will be smaller events taking place. Manchester United sponsors AON & Betfair will be there as prize sponsors of competitions. Among the prizes is a trip for two to Old Trafford.
At our previous events fans from Sweden, Norway and even Ireland have come to the event to watch the game with thousand of other fans.
The square will open at 1pm.
It will be possible to buy beer and food. Entrance is free and you are not allowed to bring your own drinks.
