Manchesterpolisen har nu bekräftat att en kontrollerad explosion har utförts av polisens desarmeringsgrupp inne på Old Trafford.
Onekligen skrämmande nyheter men vi ska givetvis vara tacksamma att bomben hittades och att ingen kom till skada.

Enligt uppgifter till Guardians Daniel Taylor var det Manchester Uniteds säkerhetsavdelning som upptäckte bomben.
Stewards here definitely saying device, including phone, was strapped to gas pipe. Not confirmed. MUFC say their own security found it.

Nu kommer emellertid uppgifter om att det inte var en bomb utan en ”utstuderad bluff”.
